We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to every customer. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Service Issues & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the cleaning service you received, please contact us at abelhernandezpadilla1977@gmail.com within 30 days of the service date. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free re-clean or partial refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Refunds
Refunds are approved only after a full review of the issue. If eligible:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Non-Refundable Services
We cannot offer refunds for:

Services already completed without reported issues.

Missed appointments without 24-hour notice.

Gift cards, promotional offers, or discounted packages.
Damages & Liability
We take the utmost care while performing our services. In the rare case of accidental damage:

Please contact us immediately after the service with photos and details.

We will evaluate and, if necessary, provide compensation or repair.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you booked a service online or over the phone from within the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. However, once the service has been fully performed, this right no longer applies.
